Refuel and repair safely
In the arenas, unlike in wars, pilots had the opportunity to repair their ships, purchase upgrades, and refuel safely. However, as not everyone acted within the law, it was common for criminal organizations known as pirates to steal fuel from lone ships drifting in space. To put an end to this, planets created bases on nearby moons where ships could refuel with some level of safety.
Each planet will have refueling stations for ships, where refueling and repairs will require $SPFY; and the warlords will earn a fee for each repair or refueling.
